  Very good! 100%+ recommended!
  Very authentic Chinese food! Fast & friendly service and DELICIOUS!!!!
  I went there every day during my holiday in Maui Island, HI.
  Great location, near Safeway, it is easy to go from my hotel Westin Maui Resort and SPA, you can take the hotel free shuttle, or take a Uber/Lyft, about 11 USD.

  We went to this charming restaurant on a Monday evening after calling for reservations.  We took that precaution because we walked in a week earlier just as they we expecting a group of thirty & Mai, very apologetically told me they just couldn't accommodate us that evening.  I told her we live on Maui & would be back.
  
  When we arrived, she recognized me immediately & greeted us with a warm smile. We asked to be seated outside on a side patio that I'm not certain is often used for patrons.  There was a bustle of great good will and our table for four was ready in no time.
  
  We had the incredible fortune to have Peter as our server.  What a pleasure he made our evening!  Not only was he charming, prompt and personable, but his advice was impeccable!  When he said he made the best Mai Tai on Maui he was absolutely right! (It was huge too!)
  
  Next he recommended coconut shrimp as an appetizer.  I think they came straight from Heaven!  The potstickers were perfect, they just paled by comparison.  (Those shrimp were indescribable!  They were in a sauce....well, that I just can't describe.)  When it came to entrées, Peter guided our choices as well and every one was delicious.  Crisp Crab Rangoon appeared along the way, compliments of the house.  They were wonderful too.
  
  Peter answered our questions, told us a bit about himself, taught us a word or two of Chinese and even tried to move us, lock stock and barrel to a "better" table when we admired the sunset!  (We were very happy where we were and we'd caused enough havoc getting the charming outside table we had, thank you.)
  
  All in all, dining at Fu Lin was a wonderful experience.  The food was excellent, the service was spectacular and the prices entirely reasonable for the quality. My only regret is that it took us so long to try this gem of a restaurant!  We'll be back and it won't surprise me one bit if Mai and Peter both remember us!  
  Thank you for a great dinner and a wonderful evening. We'll be back!

  My husband and I came in because the other spots we wanted to eat at were slammed. First impression was meh. Looked at the menu, which is way overpriced for what it is. It's basic Chinese food, like beef & broccoli - ($13.95). No, its not Waygu beef, or Filet Mignon... eggrolls were weird. The chow mein was cold too. Only the steamed white rice was the right temp. Wont be coming back.

  This place is simply amazing.
  You Have to ask for the roasted garlic chicken with green onions which is not on the menu and tell them that it's the spicy chicken and it's honestly one of the best dishes out there along with the chicken fried rice and a map of tofu and this under rated restaurant is an absolute gem and honestly these guys are just simply amazing I've been coming here for four years and I can never stop having enough of that food. Surprising discovery was a fresh mango juice that they make for the kids and in general for anyone and honestly it's one of the most refreshing and natural drinks I've had ever

  The food was very delicious, but a 4 star was given due to the portion size. Our family is used to a larger family style of plates in LA. Being our family is from LA, we are so used to the larger portion size of plates. But overall, cannot beat listening to the waves and eating good food. Be prepared to not take any food back to the hotel.
